free image and photo editing application for laptops/computers that use the
Windows operating system.
Generally to edit photos
or images most people use Photoshop. Though the features contained in Photoshop
are too exaggerated. Very few features are used, but Photoshop remains selected
because it is already famous. Although in addition to Photoshop programs there
are various photo editing programs that are also complete enough to simply
process the photo editing or making the design. Example of a program that is
good enough to be used in the photo editing process is Paint.Net.
The Program itself gets
full support by Microsoft. According to the developers, the app has features
that are not inferior to the commercial, including the Layer feature. In addition to Layer,

can use.
The appearance of the app
is very simple, with an interface on the left that resembles Adobe Photoshop
tools.
Paint.Net has quite a lot
of features as it is available in Photoshop. Such as tools, history, layers,
colors picker, effects and adjustments. For example, the Tools section includes
Rectangle Select, Move Selected Pixels, Lasso Select, Move Selection, Magic
Wand, Gradient, Paintbrush, Eraser, Pencil, Color Picker, Clone Stamp, Recolor,
Text, Line/Curve, Rectangle, Rounded Rectangle, Ellipse and Freeform shape.
